This is the white color - I really wanted a blue but of course, there isn't one! May have to add a background - we'll see.

Thanks Dors! I really like the immediacy (sp?) of pastels. I like the look of cp but it just takes too long for me. I hope to get here on a more regular basis now. I do like to blog but sometimes life just gets in the way!

Thanks, Christine & Happy Birthday! I also agree that you should buy the best you can afford of anything. But, I'm not sure yet if the pastelmat really suits my way of working or if I can adapt to it. It's different but really holds the pastel. I think it would be great for cp too - maybe even better than for pastel.Janhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09224954501156534934noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4913832932376559679.post-81414039568333492542009-08-05T14:17:01.734-04:002009-08-05T14:17:01.734-04:00I will also pay close attention to your findings w...I will also pay close attention to your findings with this pastelmat. You sure did get excellent results last time. An instructor in photography once told me to always buy the very best tools and materials that you can afford, and I am living by that. You can pass the cost for materials on to your customer who most likely will appreciate the best and superior results.Christine Perry | Graphite Arthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10118651376644330496noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4913832932376559679.post-4779543621087142092009-08-05T11:36:49.397-04:002009-08-05T11:36:49.397-04:00Great start Jan.
